Who writes the critiques?

Members of the CMPT Advisory Committees work with the CMPT editor.

How are critiques written?

Survey results are tabulated at CMPT, then distributed confidentially (by laboratory number code only) to each Microbiology Advisory Committee member. Critiques are written by the committee members assigned to draft the critiques. Each critique is presented by its author at the quarterly meetings held to discuss each survey . The committee members and CMPT staff review and discuss each critique and any additions or deletions to the critique are made at this time.

Who finalizes the critiques?

The CMPT coordinator, editor, and Program chair complete the final phase of formatting, printing, mailing and posting the critiques.

What is the critique Turn Around Time?

Approximately 2 months after the preliminary results are posted.
