Communications Survey 2004

In 2003-04, our Satisfaction Survey focused on Communications. Participants were asked to assess and comment about our newsletter, website, telephone, and facsimilie. A direct result of this survey was the creation of "800" telephone and fax numbers.

Client Satisfaction Survey 2002

During 2002 completed analysis of the Client Satisfaction Survey on the topics of effectiveness, efficiency, education, and cost. We received over 150 replies with on overall average of 67% in all programs, with participants from all provinces responding. Overall, the large majority reported that pricing, number of send-out and samples, realism, and relevance were either excellent or acceptable. For complete results, the Client Satisfaction Survey can be found on the CMPT website. Opportunities for improvement were noted in the amount of education material provided for CMPT water bacteriology program, participants, and in turn-around-time. Both issues have been addressed. In 2003, our Satisfaction Survey will focus on Communications.
