2011 - Dr. Michael Noble receives CSA - Award of Merit

"Dr. Michael Noble of Vancouver, British Columbia, receives the Award of Merit in recognition of visionary leadership, renowned expertise and dedication to the development and advancement of medical laboratory standards. Dr. Noble is a professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of British Columbia. 2003 - CMPT Chair Wins a Prestigious Canadian Award

1999-2000 Service Award for Excellence

At the Annual UBC Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Day in May 2001, Dr. Michael Noble was awarded the 1999-2000 Service Award for Excellence in recognition of the provincial, national, and international contributions of CMPT. Dr. Noble accepted the award on behalf of the CMPT staff including Shirley Nikiforuk, Caleb Lee, Robin Barteluk, and Esther Kwok. Dr. Noble thanked the many professionals who had contributed their time and effort participating in CMPT committees for Clinical Bacteriology, Water Bacteriology, Mycology, and Parasitology.
